Some tips before the race

The games be done!

Nothing can positively affect your bottom ... Conversely yes: over-training, meeting famous too for reassurance over and over again ... Know how the physical and mental freshness is needed in the implementation of a performance. Be sure of themselves, work, learn to wait, lose the feeling for a few days before the event ... better to find from the 30th km!
