Art.1:
The 12^th edition of the Marathon de Provence Luberon is organized on 05 October 2008 by Provence Luberon Méditerranée.
You can choose between 3 distances: 10, 21 or 42 km for running or 10km for the excursion. Marathon in duet (relay 2 runners)

Art.2:Base Price:   
10 Km =   8 €     21km = 14 €     42km = 22 €      Marathon duo = 28 € (until 15/05/08)
10 Km = 10 €     21km = 18 €     42Km = 26 €      Marathon duo = 34 € (until 01/09/08)
10 Km = 12 €     21km = 22 €     42Km = 30 €      Marathon duo = 40 € (until 27/09/08)

Art.3- Registration:
The event is open to licensees and non-licensees, born in 1993 and before the 10 km, in 1989 and foremost for the 21 km and 1987 and foremost for the 42 km. The age categories give rise to a separate classification.

Entry Deadline: 27^th  September 2008 - No registration after that date and on the spot.

Art.4 - Withdrawals numbers:
In the gymnasium of Verdun in Pertuis
Friday 03/10 15.00 - 19.00
Saturday 04/10 from 9.00 to 19.00
Sunday 05/10 from 7:00 to 8:30

Art.5 - Medical certificates:
Runners licenses will attach a copy of their current license. The runners will not sacked join the registration form, a medical certificate or its photocopy of non-indication to the practice of running competing in the competition, less than a year from the date of trial, pursuant to Article 6 of OJ of March 24, 1999.
Entries should be sent via the Internet photocopy of the license or medical certificate by mail to the organization in order to validate their registration.

Art.6- Shuttles:
Coaches are planned from the parking lot of wine cooperatives, (out of the Tour d'Aigues-direction Pertuis) and Pertuis (near the stadium) and vice versa.
Before the race: from 7:00 am until 8:30.
After the race: from 10:15 to 17:00
For the duo: Pertuis - Cucuron: Departure 9:30 am / Cucuron-La Tour d'Aigues: 10h-14h

Art.7 - Clothing:
Numbered bags will be provided at the time of your departure home and sent upon arrival, Château de la Tour d'Aigues.

Art.8- Insurance:
The organizers will be covered by a Police Liability Detached to AGF.
Licensees benefit from the protections afforded by their insurance license. It is up to other participants to ensure personally. Organizers assume any liability in case of accident or physiological immediate future.

Art.9 - Refuelling:
Every 3 kilometers, and upon arrival: a refuelling / animations / tasting of regional products.

Art.10 - Medical services:
Insured by the red cross and 2 doctors emergency services, airlines by firefighters grouping South Luberon and cibistes.
(Participants must have in their possession a medical certificate, or a copy, no contraindication to the practice of running in the competition dating back less than a year to 05 October 2008 or photocopy of a license in sports progress).

Art.11- Showers:
Showers will be available at the college racers of the Tour d'Aigues.

Art.12- Awards and prizes awarded:
At the outset: 1 shirt for all registrants.
On arrival: 21km = 1 bottle Marathon

Marathon= 2 bottles and 1 medal,
Duet: 2 bottles

Prizes awarded on the podium for the first 5 to scratch and the first 3 in each category.

Art.13- Challenges and results:
Challenge number on all 3 courses.
The 3 races (10 / 21 and 42km) will be held under the KMS challenge, the challenge of friendliness, challenge Pays d'Aix. The classification will also be directed by KMS. Complete results will be posted as arrivals. They will be available the same evening on  www.kms.fr , www.sport-up.fr  and 5 days later on www.jogging-international.net

Art.14- Hiking:
(seating is limited attention to 1000 participants !!!!)
Participation in walks 10 km does not rank right to a (non-timed event). 1 shirt for all official.
No medical certificate for the excursion.

Art.15:
bicycles, roller gear and / or power are strictly prohibited on the course.

Art.16- Right image:
I express the organizers of the Marathon de Provence Luberon and their heirs such as media partners and to use still images or audiovisual works that I might appear, taken on the occasion of my Marathon participation in the Luberon in Provence, on all media including promotional material and / or advertising in the world and for the longest period provided by law, regulations, treaties, including extensions that could be made at this time.

Art.17 - CNIL:
You have a right to access and correct the data about you. Through us, you may be able to receive offers from other companies. If you do not want to, you just write to us indicating your first and last name, address and if possible number bib.
