Medical guarantie

Act No. 99-223 on the protection of athletes' health and the fight against doping, was passed by the National Assembly on March 23, 1999.
These provisions require all french riders or foreigners to provide proof of their ability to practice running in competition, ability supported by a medical certificate issued by a doctor, following a medical examination.

THE DOSSARD WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED TO ATHLETES DO NOT FULFILLING REQUIREMENTS. 

1 / You runner dismissed the French Federation of Athletics
• You must write down your license number on the registration Marathon Provence Luberon and attach a copy of your license still valid.
• If you forget you must show your license at the time bib from 3 to October 5, 2008 in the village Marathon, gymnase Verdun in Pertuis.

2 / You are not licensed racer
• You must have in your possession, a medical certificate will not be allowed to practice running into competition from less than a year from the date of the Marathon de Provence Luberon, ie the October 5, 2008.
• The original or a copy of this certificate. The medical certificate or its copy must be given to the organisers, with the registration form and your payment upon registration Marathon Provence Luberon.

The medical certificate will not be allowed to practice running in the competition is compulsory. It must be dated within one year after the date of the race. You must send it along with your registration form.


3 / You are inscribed runner via the Web
• You should send your letter by medical certificate or a copy of your license currently valid in Marathon Luberon in Provence, mas de notre dame of angels, road Villelaure Pertuis 84120 with your name and the race in which you are participating .

• If forgets, a copy of your medical certificate or a photocopy of license would have returned to the organization during the withdrawal your bib.

 

ATTENTION
The responsibility of the organizers were involved, your entry will not be accepted if is no proof of the existence of the medical certificate of less than one year or by the presentation of the new compulsory sports licence.
To register online, a copy of your medical certificate or a photocopy of license should be sent by mail or delivered in the withdrawal of your jersey.
